Trading Cards
Cards under $5 are shipped in a stamped envelope.
Cards over $5 are shipped in a tracked bubble mailer for added security.
Larger orders, such as 100-card lots, are neatly packed in a 4x8 bubble mailer.
Multiple orders will be combined into a larger bubble mailer to ensure safe delivery.
Handling time is 1 business day.

Games
Orders are shipped in a tracked, standard-sized bubble mailer.
Each game is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Handling time is 1 business day.

Binder Prints and Other Items
Binder art is made to order and carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Orders are shipped in secure, size-appropriate packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Handling time is 1-2 business days.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of some of our products, we have specific return policies in place.

Trading Cards (Singles & Lots)
No returns are accepted due to the collectible nature of trading cards. We strive to accurately describe and package these items to meet your expectations.
If you experience any issues, such as receiving the wrong item or damage during transit, please contact us at elmstreetcg@gmail.com, and we will work with you to make it right.

Binder Prints
No returns are accepted as binder art is custom-made to order.
If there is an issue with your order, such as an incorrect item or damage during shipping, contact us, and we will resolve the matter promptly.

Games and Other Items
Returns are accepted for games and non-custom items within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at elmstreetcg@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return. eBay orders should follow the eBay return process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item.
Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Policy Notes

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition or packaging or if it is returned after 30 days.
