Trading Cards

Each card is packaged with care to ensure that it arrives to it's destination safely. We offer two options of shipping. Bubble Mailer with Tracking (Recommended) and an envelope with stamp. Envelope with stamp is at buyers risk.

Typical handling time is 1 business day.

Games

Orders including Games are shipped in a tracked standard sized bubble mailer with tracking. Each game is packaged with care to ensure that it arrives to it's destination safely. Typical handling time is 1 business day.

your purchase, and we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.

 

That's why we have created the following return policy:

1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.​

​

2. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged or altered in any way.

3. To initiate a return for a web order, please contact our customer service team via
email at elmstreettcg@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
All eBay returns can follow the eBay return process.

4. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. That is of course the item is being returned
due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). Stuff happens, and we
apologize. Rest assured we will make it right!

5. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund for

the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling fees.

6. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original
condition or packaging, or if it has been more than 30 days since the purchase date.
